Facial treatment: spray oil onto your hands and apply to towel-dry skin.

Body treatment: after shower apply oil to towel-dry skin.

Hair care: apply oil to dry or wet hair and allow at least 30 minutes to act. Wash your hair with shampoo. For the best results repeta the process 1-2 times a week for two months.
