The levels of vitamins K2 and D3 in the body play an extremely important role in health, contributing to the normal formation of bone tissue and the normal functioning of muscle and circulation.

The function of vitamin K is to contribute to normal blood clotting, but it also plays an important role in regulating bone growth, accumulation of minerals, as well as ensure the elasticity of soft tissues. Vitamin D3 contributes to the normal absorption of calcium and phosphorus and the optimal calcium content in the blood.

Vitamin K2 + D3:

Vitamin K is naturally present in two forms, which are K1 or phylloquinone and K2 or menaquinone. The first is synthesised by plants and the second by bacteria. It’s a fat-soluble vitamin.

NB! From the forms of vitamin K, the one that remains in the body for the longest period is K2 MK7 up to 72 h compared to K1 and K2 MK 4, which remain in the body for up to 1,5 h.
